During these turbulent financial times, it is imperative that professional photographers act more like business professionals and small business owners than like creative artists in order to remain relevant in the market!
Participants in this workshop will work for two and a half days acquiring the tools that they need to strategize for success. They will create a definitive timeline and action plan for the upcoming year that includes a business plan and mission statement, studio branding concept and budget, plus a 12 month marketing campaign. They will learn sales strategies and techniques and evaluate their current product line and pricing.

The group is small, only 5 photographers. I feel as thought the nature of the small group experience lends itself to the creation of a network and support system that will be invaluable to everyone in the following months. The safety net that we will create by working together will help to keep each participant on track and focussed throughout the year. I will also personally schedule 2 mid-year phone consultations with each participant to act as gatekeeper and motivator to keep you on schedule!!
I have spent the last few years surrounding myself with successful studio owners and business professionals who have helped me to transform my own business and define the terms of my personal success!!
